Gang Show Is Back — Bigger and Better Than Ever!

Hey everyone, and welcome to the very first North Devon Gang Show blog post!

We’re so excited to finally launch our brand-new blog, where you’ll be able to keep up to date with everything happening behind the scenes at Gang Show — from rehearsals and events to activities, exciting announcements and everything in between. And what better way to start than with some very exciting news… Gang Show is BACK!

After the summer break, the Gang is getting ready to return, and with auditions only a few short weeks away, things are already getting incredibly busy behind the scenes.

WE HAVE A SHOW!

That’s right — WE HAVE A SHOW!

Our directors have been hard at work over the break, meeting up, planning and putting everything together for our 2027 production. And we can officially say that the entire show is now planned and ready to be brought to life!

There are lots of exciting things happening behind the scenes too. Our scenery crew are busy planning some fantastic sets that will help transform the stage, while discussions about costumes and what our cast will be wearing are well underway.

There’s a lot to organise before auditions, but every little piece is starting to come together. We’re incredibly excited to welcome everyone back and, of course, to meet those hoping to join us for the first time.

Behind the Scenes

While our directors and creative teams have been busy preparing for the new show, I’ve had plenty to keep me occupied too! I’ve been busy uploading photos from our 2026 show, getting our social media ready for the new season and, of course, working on getting our brand-new website ready to launch.

There’s always something happening behind the scenes at Gang Show. Even when we aren’t on stage, the planning, organising and preparation never really stops! And that’s what makes Gang Show so special. There are so many people working together — performers, directors, backstage crews, volunteers, families and supporters — all helping to make the show happen.

With auditions just around the corner and preparations for the 2027 show already well underway, we are getting more and more excited by the day.

There are lots of surprises, laughs, music, dancing and plenty of Gang Show magic waiting for you in 2027, and we can’t wait to share it all with you. So, make sure you keep checking back here for more blog posts, follow us on social media and keep an eye on the website for all the latest news.
